Green belt six sigma project manager online training is for existing managers and for those who are starting in six sigma with many opportunities that do not require the more advanced statistical capability of black belts.

Green Belt Six Sigma Project Manager training is a subset of the six sigma black belt project manager program with a focus on using problem solving tools and techniques without the more advanced statistics of black belts. For organizations or individuals needing a strong foundation in six sigma but do not have the need for advanced statistics this is an excellent value. Green Belt Project Manager training has little theory and strong emphasis on application and problem solving.

We offer our training in a variety of formats:

• Self Paced is downloaded from our web site and offers the fastest and most economical approach. You work at your pace.  Assignments and module quizzes are submitted by e-mail and we give you feedback the same way.

• For Green Belt Project Manager you can choose to make 3 payments of $690 instead of the single payment of $1790.

• CD is the same material as the self paced down load. We burn and send you a CD of the material. There are no split payment options.

• License is where you license the material. You can put the material on your internal intranet and use as many times as you wish. It is not approved for distance learning using the internet.

• Class room instruction is when we do in person training at your furnished location.  Travel and living expenses for the instructor (s) are in addition at cost. Minimum class size is 6. Payment is in advance of the class.

• Public Classes are ones we put on open to the general public. Minimum class size is 6 and maximum is 25. Payment is in advance of the class.

In the following table Days is the amount of time we take to conduct this training in person.  Full 8 hrs days with normal breaks, time for assignments is not included.

For example self paced Black Belt Project Manager is normally $3999. If you have taken the Green Belt Project Manager Training at $1790 you get credit for your Green Belt Training and only pay $2650 for the remaining content in Black Belt Project Manager.  Obviously it is more economical to start with the full Black Belt Project Manager Training.
